Vintage Stanley Hagler NYC clip Earrings blue cabochons rhinestones filigree. This cartouche was used in pieces made pre-1996 by the original Hagler workshop.

Prong set blue cabs are slightly loose as they were hand set without glue (courtesy of Kaleidoscope Effect). Gold tone filigree floral design. 22mm main cobalt blue cabochon.

Surrounded by ten prong set faceted blue rhinestones. With one above and two round blue beads below main cab. Light scratches, rubs, mars, etc.
